So why did you pick this picture?
In all honesty, whenever I feel like I have lost my touch or I am not feeling inspired or just need cheering up in general I look at this drawing and think wow, I drew that, all that practice did pay off. I should draw more so that I can make even better art.
Why does it mean so much to you?
The reason it means so much to me is because of what it represents. To me, it signifies how far I have come, it proves that all those hours of hard work were worth it, that with practice and a will I can do anything.
Tell us a bit about yourself
I love art, but I am not sure I am going to pursue a career in art. I am a bit afraid that the pressure and deadlines will make it more of a job than a hobby.
What more can you tell us about your art?
I have been drawing since I was a small kid, but I only got into it in April 2014 shortly after my 15th birthday. I wasn’t that good in the beginning, but I think I have become better and I am more confident with a pencil now.
