snowy mind – milenadrawws

Why did you pick this picture?

I picked this painting because I think it represents my art and what I’m doing very well. Also for a watercolour painting it took me a lot time and effort.

Where did the idea for this art come from?

It was winter but there was no snow here in Germany like the last years. Because of the climate warming it snows less and less. So in my childhood I could play in the snow every winter but the thought of myfuture childreen who will probably never can play in the snow (at least in Germany) made me kinda sad. So I had to paint something snowy.

What does this art mean to you?

It means creating your own things and reflects the power of imagination. I don’t want to say much because as an artist I want people to have their own thoughts and meanings about my art. I don’t want to prescribe that. Moreover art means feelings and I don’t like talking about my feelings 😀

What can you tell us about yourself

I’m a 15 years old girl from Germany who loves art! I can imagine working as a full time artist later because there are no other jobs I can express myself in art like I want to. Beside art I also love music and books and I think it has a big influence in my art.

What more can you tell us about your art?

I just discovered oil paint as my favourite medium and can’t wait creating more art and improve at it. For this year I have many goals with my art: I want to open an etsy shop and start selling my art. And for now I have two upcoming exhibitions this year. I think when you have a dream you have to work hard for it. If you want to be an artist make as much art as you can and grow your range of followers and collectors as soon as you can.

Thank you for your attention and be creative 🙂
